What makes our mentoring special

Unique startup camps
Two 4-day camps with 40+ fellows, mentors and experts
Startup camps are the most exciting part of the programme. Throughout these 4 days in one of the project countries you get to meet all fellows and mentors, take part in a number of innovative workshops, learn from the local startup ecosystem, get new perspectives and ideas, polish your pitch, and of course have a great time!

Inspiring workshops
entrepreneurs are guided and advised by mentors and experts
You will be assigned to a team of two entrepreneurs from your region and one from Europe. There will be one-on-one mentoring sessions with your mentor, and workshops with experts and other mentors. Beyond the mentoring within the teams, you will benefit from horizontal exchange between entrepreneurs.

Personal mentor visit
Mentors will travel to meet the startups locally
Between the two camps, mentors meet their fellows in their home countries for intensive coaching sessions. Mentors follow-up on the project plan established from the last camp and their monthly calls. This is an opportunity for the mentors to better understand how their fellows work in their own environment.

Amazing Mentors
Experienced business people and experts to help you to grow
You will benefit from regular interactions with successful entrepreneurs from the enpact network. Last year, 2,500 hours of pro bono coaching and consulting services of mentors and experts from the enpact network were provided. Discover our pool of mentors here.

Great community
Keep in touch with your peers and the international enpact community!
Upon completion of the programme, all fellows are invited to join our alumni network. It provides programme graduates access to monthly events and startup safaris, a variety of horizontal learning options, as well as vast B2B and B2C opportunities within a growing network of entrepreneurs. Additionally, alumni have the chance to become mentors in the enpact regional mentoring programme, thereby sharing and enhancing their own mentoring experiences.

Ongoing mentoring
Monthly calls with mentors & local meet-ups with fellows from your region
Fellows will connect monthly with their mentors via online calls to stay up-to-date with the latest progress and which challenges need to be to overcome. In addition, fellows will meet each other regularly during local meet-ups to discuss their business difficulties and find solutions together. We encourage fellows to engage, share and participate within the group and local startup ecosystem.
Structure of our mentoring approach
